Online Mindfulness Meditation
Please consider yourself invited to my online mindfulness meditation group. We meet on Zoom on the second Thursday of most months from 5:00 – about 6:15 pm PT - see Events for an up to date schedule. During our time together there is a 20-30 min meditation (guided or silent), a short dhamma reflection, and an open discussion.
Whether you are just starting to meditate or are an experienced practitioner, everyone is welcome.
This group is offered on a dana/donation basis. For more information about this Buddhist practice go here. The suggested dana range is $10 – 25 per session, however no-one will be turned away because of a lack of funds.
