Mindfulness Meditation In person mindfulness meditation sessions are held at Healing Circles Langley on the first and third Tuesdays of the month from 4:00 – 5:15 pm. No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome. The current series runs from January - June 2026, however we will NOT be meeting on February 3 and 17, and March 3.
We meditate together (silent, guided, or a combination depending on participants’ wishes) and then there will be an opportunity to share what is in our hearts/minds. Guidance on how to meditate is available. For more information please go here. |
