This fall, Kate is offering a series of twelve online mindfulness meditation sessions on the Ten Perfections of Theravadin Buddhism: generosity, morality, renunciation, wisdom, energy, patience, truthfulness, resolution, kindness, and equanimity. The schedule of weekly topics is available on the Events page.

Each session will include meditation, a talk, and discussion.

Beginners and experienced meditators are welcome. Freely offered; dana/donations invited.
